Safe Choices: Crashed Car ExhibitsRMIIA partners with the Colorado State Patrol and Klode Salvage to provide Colorado schools and community groups driving exhibits through the Safe Choices Program. The victims' families hope the traffic safety exhibits will help give other teenagers a better chance to live their dreams. The following exhibit - The Domino Effect is currently available. Caitlyn, Brian and Michael died on impact and their five friends were seriously injured; seven were not wearing seatbelts. Two young children and three adults in the other vehicles were also hurt. The 16-year old driver was charged and sentenced. She also suffers from a permanent brain injury.
